Meetings

Meetings: Our meetings are closed for Master Masons in good standing only. As of 2026, Masons who are Entered Apprentices and Fellowcrafts can no longer attend Stated meetings until they reach the rank of Master Mason; however all Masons are still encouraged to come to the Extra meetings of their degree, and of course School of Instruction.

Open meetings: When our Lodge is open to non-Masons this is generally during installation of officers, Masonic funerals, Open house meetings or award presentations, where family and friends are invited to attend.

Masonic Visitors: All visiting Master Masons in good standing with an up to date dues card may attend any of our meetings.  Please remember to sign our visitors book and a visitors slip by the Tyler's desk. If this is your first time visiting our Lodge please alert one of our officers and we will be more than happy to welcome you, plus you may win a prize.

Stated Meetings: Are held on the second Wednesday of each month starting at 7:00 PM. Dinner is served in our dinning hall prior to all stated meetings starting at 6:15pm. No meetings are held in July or August as the Lodge is closed for labor during those summer months.

Extra Meetings: Are generally held on the third and or fourth Wednesday of each month, besides July and August. These meetings are when we conduct our degrees: 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree. We generally do not serve dinner prior to extra meetings, however snacks and refreshments are available at the end of the meeting.

Rehearsal Meetings: Meets on the first Wednesday of each month. Practice for Lodge members and chair officers.

Fellowship Meetings: Remember to check our calendar and bulletin board for any up to date fellowships. Our fellowship meetings may occur in the lodge, outside the lodge or in our newly constructed Compass Club Lounge.

District 8 School of instruction: Meets on the third Monday of each month, besides July and August. Dinner starts at 6:30pm. Instruction begins at 7:30PM. All eight lodges in the 8th Masonic district of Pennsylvania are encouraged to attend.

District 8 summer school: Held on certain days in July and August. A simple dinner prior to our summer meetings is usually offered. Those dates and times when scheduled will be added to our calendar.

Location: All meetings are held at the Lower Bucks Masonic Hall at 1661 Edgewood Road, Woodside Pennsylvania, U.S.A.

Our stated, extra, rehearsals and instructions are held inside the main Lodge Room.

Lodge Room: Our main Lodge room is used by both Newtown Lodge No. 427 as well as the District 8 School of Instruction.
